• Product Descriptions & Specifications

  We make every effort to display product colors, dimensions, and specifications as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color tone or dimensions may occur due to screen settings or manufacturing tolerances.

• Pricing & Payment

  All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Payments must be fully cleared before dispatch.

• Right to Cancel (UK Consumer Contracts Regulations)

  Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your items without giving a reason.

  • Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • Exclusions: Custom-made or bespoke orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced unless faulty.

• Returns & Refunds

  Upon receipt and inspection of returned goods, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days. Return shipping costs remain the customer's responsibility unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

• Damaged or Faulty Goods

  If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please report it to us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence so we can arrange a replacement or repair under UK Consumer Rights legislation.
